The events of the game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows take place in a virtual city that simulates the American state of Manhattan. The game is one of the open world games that enables the player to move freely through its various landmarks, but there are maps that show the locations of urgent missions such as theft, robbery and kidnapping.

When the Ninja Turtles characters appear to be in the city at night, they rush to the crime scene through the underground passages, but sometimes they come out to the surface if necessary.

As you know, the Ninja Turtles characters are Donatello, Michelangelo, Leonardo, and Raphael, each of whom has different combat skills from the other, and also has a set of sharp ninja weapons and can defeat the enemy using those weapons. Change between these characters to suit the requirements of the event.

The ability to play in groups for up to 4 players or one player who changes between the four playable characters. The playing environment varies greatly during the levels between city streets, sewers and railways. More maps containing more exciting adventures are unlocked as you progress through the levels. Multiple surprises during the levels such as pizza that restores health and firearms. The player can upgrade his stock of weapons, whether firearms or sharp.
