The story revolves around the Western Front in Europe between the American army and its brutal opponent, the German army, and the American soldiers’ heroes liberate what remains of Europe from the grip of the Nazi army according to the story description.

Activison promised us, along with the developer Sledgehammer, that the series would return to its roots through the Boots on the Ground gameplay, which is what actually happened, as the futuristic elements of the game disappeared completely. Although the gameplay was fun at times, there were some different experiences in the gameplay within the Campaign mode that took too short a time. During the story mode, you will play with warplanes and tanks, but unfortunately for no more than ten minutes. Which makes you regret that a good element like this or that will not last long.

As long as we are talking about the gameplay, we must talk about the artificial intelligence of the enemies, which came appropriate and balanced at various levels of difficulty, which is something that is rarely seen in current generation games, unfortunately. In addition, the game was free – during our experience – from any noteworthy technical error. The elements of realism in the weapons were also largely controlled, whether from the sound of the weapons and their design, to the rate of shots, their speed, and the speed of the weapon’s recoil after firing.
